Indian Premier League (IPL) Season 4 is going ahead with the IPL parties and even the IPL Fashion Shows, which was just a sham to show bare legs to frustrated and deprived guys who bought Rs. 50K tickets to watch the match and follow it up with a party and a leg-show.
BCCI banned the IPL Parties but now as per sources, Vijay Mallya is doing the parties under his company banner and to beat the BCCI’s stipulation, 
the parties are only for invitees and players aren’t coerced to attend. But it’s without doubt that Royal Challengers will have to be there because it’s their team-owners bash.
Besides the parties, fashion shows will be held yet again to titillate the guests but after IPL 3 fashion shows managed and organised by Mehr and Arjun Rampal where the shows were only for voyeuristic pleasures (As fashionscandal.com exposed it then), no good designers are willing to participate. Last season Rampals got Rs.15 Crore from buddy and tainted former IPL Chairman, Lalit Modi to host the shows but Mehr got most of the designers for free. This season Prasad Bidappa, Mallya’s old loyalist is doing the shows.
Bidappa called up many designers to participate in these shows at IPL 4 but most asked to be paid but Bidappa said that funds aren’t there so he can’t pay them but assured great publicity. But designers after last years debacle turned down the offer. The only designer who has agreed to show is Samant Chauhan.
Last month on February 01, 2011 fashionscandal.com exposed the aesthetically repulsive Gay Calendars that he circulates exclusively to his bunch of gay friends. fashionscandal.com got its hands on the March edition of the Bidappa’s calendar, which is equally if not more repulsive. This one actually shows a guy being sodomised, while another guy indulges in oral sex with him. EEEKS!!! Have a look and judge for yourself!
I pity the male models who fall victim to this ‘Calendar’ project of Prasad Bidappa. I am sure non of the models who feature on Bidappa’s Gay Calendars are aware of it. Though the faces are not shown in these monthly calendars, it’s still a gross violation of an individual’s modesty. Is Prasad Bidappa exploiting his position as a fashion stylist and choreographer? Waddya Say???
If you are a close friend of Prasad Bidappa – fashion choreographer cum fashion photographer cum stylist cum many more things and you are a happy and a gay kinda guy then I am sure you must be the select few to receive his exclusive and closely circulated monthly calendars. Though I am not on Prasad’s mailing list, I chanced upon this exclusive calendar and must say, was rather scandalised.
Who are these models? I did a little digging and found out that most of these guys are wannabe male models of Bengaluru, Prasad Bidappa’s hometown who approach him for a break in the modelling industry. Hope these models are aware of the Calendar!
