Well the whole town knew that Priya Sachdev (Priya and Vikram Chatwal are officially divorced now) is dating the much-married Sunjay Kapur (better known as Karisma Kapoor’s hubby) but they denied and often came out with statements in the Press that all is hunky-dory between Sunjay and Karisma.
The much-in-love couple – Priya and Sunjay earlier used to make separate entries to a party and also make separate exits. But last Saturday at Gaurav Karan’s party, Priya and Sunjay Kapur were like teeny love-birds. All through the night they wouldn’t leave each other’s hands and often get lost into each other’s eyes. If I believe my sources Priya has moved in with Sunjay Kapur.
So now what’s Karisma Kapoor gonna do? Still claim all is perfect between her and Sunjay Kapur? A marriage doesn’t fail because of the man or the wife. Both are equally responsible. Informed sources believe that Karisma married Sunjay Kapur on a rebound after her marriage alliance with Abhishek Bachchan fell through. I got lot of calls and that gave me tons of information. Babita, mother of Karisma and Kareena is a very interfering mom. Be it film producers, directors, boyfriends or a husband, Babita often rubbed them on the wrong side. Karisma though married in Delhi never really could give up Mumbai. And the addiction of Bollywood is something that stars can hardly give up. Probably her plans of rejoining Bollywood was too soon post marriage and motherhood. I would say Madhri Dixit Nene timed the Bollywood allure well. She is making her comeback only after her kids are grown up and family life is on a smooth track. Karisma sure did make a hasty return. Resultant her Bollywood return bombed disastrously and marriage is in the docks. It may not have been easy for Sunjay Kapur to comeback to an empty house month after month.
Anyway I am no marriage counsellor and the love birds – Priya and Sunjay were spotted last night at The Library Bar in Leela. This time the duo made separate exits once they discovered many shutterbugs were around. Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya???
Drama Queen and ‘Mean Girl’ Lindsay Lohan hasn’t had enough of Chatwal Khaandan. After being spotted smooching and doing lines with Vikram Chatwal at his hotel Dream, Lilo made a sour face and rudely confronted Priya Sachdev at the Dream Downtown on Wednesday night, saying with obvious disdain, “You are his wife?”
Lindsay had been staying at Vikram’s house and even installed her hairdresser in the baby’s room, but was told to leave before Priya arrived from India with their daughter a few days ago. In fact Pop-in-Law, Sant Chatwal tried to order Lindsay out numerous times.
Lilo and Priya confrontation happened when Lindsay found out Vikram was hosting a dinner at the Dream, and turned up with a friend at the hotel’s Electric Room. Priya was subdued and calm but Lilo was playing out her ‘Mean Girls’ role in real life. Sources say that Lindsay Lohan never knew Vikram Chatwal was married.
But I think Vikram Chatwal is to be blamed for it all. He flew Lohan to town before New York Fashion Week on his jet, and they’ve been repeatedly spotted partying together. Papa Sant Chatwal is a worried man because now Priya, the separated wife of Vikram can really claim a huge-huge alimony when the divorce settlements come up.
Sunjay Kapur’s lucky that he has never been caught red-handed or clicked by the paparazzi with Priya Sachdev!
Oh, I am tired of Priya Sachdev Chatwal’s linkups with guys. It’s like every spring/summer and fall/winter Priya Sachdev is hooking up with a new guy and this time it’s the much-married Deol Puttar – Bobby Deol. They got close when Bobby walked the ramp for Priya’s Kitsch show.
Just last month Priya Sachdev Chatwal walked in with Sanjay Kapur (Karisma Kapoor’s hubby) at a party and there was a public spat between Sanjay and his sister Mandira Koirala, who allegedly called Priya, ‘B****’. And it’s always the married ones who are looking for love outside marriage. Ravi Krishnan and Bandana Tewari are the latest victims of this.
People say that things between Bobby and Tanya Deol have been rocky for quiet some time. And things between Priya Sachdev and Vikram Chatwal have been messy since the day they got married. Why couldn’t they just accept that things ain’t working out and go their separate ways???
Priya Sachdev has always been glamour-struck and secretly harboured Bollywood ambitions. Chalo at least by getting hooked up with a Bollywood actor who never really made it big, her Bollywood aspirations would get satiated. So are Bobby Deol and Priya Sachdev having an affair? If my reliable sources are to be believed, the answer is a BIG YES. But am sure Bobby Deol and Priya Sachdev will come with denials after denials.
Though Priya Sachdev Chatwal maintains her married status with Vikram Chatwal, hardlt anybody believes her. She has been linked with Sunjay Kapur, which fired the buzz about Sunjay – Karishma divorce and also with certain Mr. ‘G’. Surprising that Priya Sachdev always makes to the list of ‘Eligible dames’ even when she claims to be ‘happily married’.
A little birdie just told me that something’s cooking between Priya Sachdev and Gautam Thapar. Wow. If that’s true then Priya really got a good catch. Gautam Thapar is the Chairman & CEO of the $4 Billion Avantha Group that has Crompton Greaves and BILT within the empire. And I have heard good things about this DOSCO – Gautam Thapar that unlike his other bro, Sameer Thapar, Gauti is a hard worker and a genious. If Priya Sachdev is having an affair with Gautam Thapar then she’ll surely role in money, much more than what Chatwals seem to have.
