The fashion gurus are busy enlisting the emerging trends from the just concluded Paris Haute Couture Week Fall/Winter 2017. They are are debating if the three-dimensional floral embroidery that made couture week a one big garden party was the strongest trend or was it the capes, or the tail-boots and the long gloves or was it the one-shoulder look that’s going to be the biggest trend.

For me I loved the simple chic of Chanel and Dior in grey wool with turn-up necks, constructed jackets, floor-length coats and oh-so fifties sensibility. But I enjoyed more the return of décolleté-the deep plunging necklines and oh yes the fact that the ‘boobs are back’ in fashion. Bustier tops and those navel-kissing necklines brought naughtiness back in fashion.

Here are some looks from the Paris Couture Week, Fall 2017. Enjoy!

And yes our very own Desi fashionista- JP Singh received a royal treatment in Sicily at the Dolce and Gabbana show. Don’t miss the golden throne he is sitting on.
