The Menswear Fall Winter 2012 Showcasing kicked off in Milan yesterday (14th January) and the first day ended with a powerful collection by Roberto Cavalli. But what caught my attention was our Desi Designer, Manav Gangwani chit-chatting Roberto Cavalli pre-show. What’s cooking MG??? I did try to contact Manav but couldn’t manage. But knowing Gangwani’s networking ways, am sure something’s cooking.
By the way Roberto Cavalli is opening up at DLF Emporio in the 3rd week of May 2012. So the fashionistas who love Bling and Animal Prints can have some fun!

Designer Frankie Morello showcased his Menswear Fall Winter 2012 earlier the same day and the collection had a sequence on ‘Ascetic’ style of Sadhus in saffron. In designer’s words – “A journey, a true meditation tour, from evening to morning, from materialism to simplicity, from the city to the Himalayas.” The designer took the journey seriously and the final sequence took
